When I showed up to this venue nestled in the lagoons of Ko’Olina, the first thought I had was “Wow!” With palm trees that seemed to touch the sky, a ceremony site sitting in front of an unobstructed view of the pacific ocean, and a private lagoon perfect for portraits, I was in literal paradise! Lanikuhonua weddings just have this romantic atmosphere that make it perfect for destination weddings.
After spending time at this magical place alongside Isle Media, I knew I had to showcase this on the blog! Christine & Bryan spent 3 years planning their perfect wedding. Like so many couples before them, Covid threw wrench after wrench into their wedding plans, which made it all the sweeter when they FINALLY had their chance to celebrate their union.
Bryan and Christine traveled with their friends and families from Washington state all the way across the pacific to O’ahu. Now you know that is a relationship worth celebrating when you have 100+ guests traveling from out of state to party with you in Hawai’i.
One of my favorite parts of this wedding has to be one of the most creative games I have ever seen played at a wedding reception. I absolutely love when couples think outside the box for their reception entertainment. Those photos are best left for Facebook!
Lanikuhonua Weddings made the perfect venue for their wedding day bliss. Here are just a handful of my favorite images from their wedding day!
Can we just talk about these portraits for a moment? Holy cow! Lanikuhonua Weddings are probably my new favorites. Have you decided on your wedding venue yet? If not, you need to seriously consider if this hidden gem is perfect for you.
